Eligibility Criteria and Recruitment Procedure
- The candidate must be a resident of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Azad Jammu and Kashmir or a refugee residing in Pakistan who migrated in 1989.
- The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.
- Attach attested copies of Domicile, Mobile Phone Number, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC), National Identity Card, Experience Certificate, and Educational Certificates along with recently attested passport-sized photographs.
- Government and semi-government employees can submit their applications through the proper channel with an NOC from their respective departments.
- Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications and experience for the respective posts.
- Candidates must have a good character, and a character certificate issued under the rules must be attached.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to amend or cancel this advertisement.
- The last date for receiving applications will be counted from the date of advertisement. Applications received under previous advertisements will have their age counted from the last date mentioned in this advertisement.
- Applications received after the due date or those that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered.
- Original educational documents and other relevant documents must be presented at the time of interview.
- Posts will be filled on a district basis as per S&GAD/Admin AR-4 (133) No. 94 dated 02-03-2003. If a candidate is selected from a particular district, the quota for that district will be reduced by the number of selected candidates.
- After shortlisting based on merit, call letters will be issued separately to eligible candidates for interviews.
- Candidates must include a self-addressed, stamped, and properly sealed envelope with their application for postal correspondence.
- The application must include the candidate's name, father's name, postal address, and contact number.
- Candidates who previously applied in response to advertisement AJK NO-141NB/01-24 dated 12-23 / AJK NO-141N8/01-24 dated 10-01-2024 and meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this advertisement are not required to re-apply.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- Applications must be received by mail by July 15, 2025.
