VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Military lands and cantonments department invite applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Regional Assistant Director Education at Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing education policy program and initiative in cantt public education institutes of Rawalpindi region.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum Qualification: M. Phil / Master's degree in education or related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in education administration teaching related field (principal, vice principal, Academic coordinator) with strong knowledge of education policy, trends, laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills.
- Age: 35 years and above with sound health condition.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Preference will be given to those having wider experience in related field.
- Only eligible / short listed candidates will be called for written test & interview. At the time of interview original documents must be produced.
- No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.
- Principals serving in Cantt public education system (CPES) on contract fulfilling the Pre requisites are also eligible to apply.
- The post will be non-transferable. The recruitment shall be on contract basis and shall remain as such.
- Individuals previously terminated/ disengaged from any position/location in Cantt Public Education System are not eligible to apply.
