WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

The Divisional Director Health Services, Zhob Division, invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the appointment to (43) different positions for doctors purely on a contract basis at various institutions of the DHO Office and DHQ Zhob for a period of 1 year, extendable based on performance. Walk-in interviews will be conducted on May 21, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Teaching Hospital, Zhob. Assistant Professors, Senior Registrars, Consultants, Gynaecologists, Paediatricians, Eye Specialists, and ENT Specialists will join their walk-in interviews via Zoom link throughout Pakistan. Eligibility Criteria for Specialists (B-18):

• MBBS Degree from an institute recognized by the PMDC.
• Post Graduate Clinical Diploma in a specialty from an institute recognized by PMDC.
• Permanent PMDC Registration with Post-Graduate Qualification mentioned therein.

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Registrars (B-18) & Assistant Professors (B-18):

• MBBS degree from an institute recognized by PMDC.
• FCPS/MS/MD
• Permanent PMDC Registration with Post-Graduate Qualification mentioned therein.
• Must be Local/Domicile of Balochistan.
• Permanent employment in the Government of Balochistan as Medical Officer (B-17), Lady Medical Officer (B-17), or Specialist (B-18).

Terms and Conditions:

• Age limits will be in accordance with the Government of Balochistan's current policy.
• Candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply for Specialists (B-18), though preference will be given to the local/domicile of Balochistan, subject to the satisfaction of the interview committee.
• Candidates shall not be regularized under any circumstances; however, their contractual tenure may be extended based on a satisfactory performance certificate issued by the concerned DDO.
• Candidates will be entitled to receive pay in the respective basic scale, along with applicable allowances.
• Government, semi-government, and autonomous organization employees must apply through the proper channel with a NOC from their employer/parent department.
• The number of available positions can be increased or decreased at any time during or after the process.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Selection will be solely based on the recommendations of the Selection Committee; thus, any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
• Candidates who have been terminated or dismissed from any Government or non-government position due to disciplinary action, moral misconduct, or offenses are not eligible to apply.
• Concealment of facts or submission of forged documents will lead to immediate dismissal from the position, along with legal and disciplinary consequences.
• Selections will be at the sole discretion of the Divisional Health Committee, Zhob (Selection Committee), which reserves the right to cancel the interview at any stage without providing any reasons.
