CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Applications are invited from suitable candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following positions of Ombudsperson Secretariat, Peshawar. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
  2. Candidates applying for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 01 to 06 will be required to create profile on ETEA's website and apply online. After creating the profile and applying for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise/Center. Without such verification, they will be unable to apply for any post.
  3. Vacancies mentioned at Sr. No. 07 to 09 are exempted from ETEA as per Government Decision issued vide Notification dated 16-09-2004.
  4. Recruitment/Appointment of Legal Officer/Advisor will be on fixed pay as per PC-I for a period of one (01) year extendable till completion of the project.
  5. Rest of the posts will be on contract basis for a period of one year or extendable till completion of the project.
  6. No TA/DA will be admissible for any test/interview.
  7. Screening of candidates for the posts at Sr. No. 01 to 06 will be based on a test to be prescribed and conducted by ETEA.
  8. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
  9. Recruitment process shall be governed by the provisions of the Project Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  10. Original documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
  11. Only education/experience certificates will be accepted.
  12. Candidates should be eligible in all respects either by the last date of submission of the applications.
  13. Applications received after due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
  14. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government Bodies should apply through proper channel.
  15. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
  16. In case of foreign degree, equivalency certificate from HEC must be provided.
  17. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
  18. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Interested candidates applying for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 01 to 06 shall first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
  2. After submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidate's personal information) will be generated.
  3. Take print of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through EasyPaisa app or Agent, Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL bank or via UBL OMNI agent.
  4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share with anyone else.
  5. After online apply, don't send hard documents to ETEA offices. Hard documents will be obtained from the candidates who qualify the screening test as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
  6. Online Application Form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk on 21-05-2025.
  7. Last date for submission of online Application is 12-06-2021.
  8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Test Date/Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slips.
  9. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
  10. Candidates applying for Sr. No. 01 to 06 must bring original CNIC/educational documents/experience certificate through P.O Box No.535 GPO Peshawar.
  11. Last date for submission of the application is 12-06-2025.
