- Job Description: The role involves managing medical and scientific services, making clinical decisions, and ensuring the physical fitness of players at all levels.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum Medical or Physiotherapy Degree with MSc/Diploma in Sports Sciences, 10 years' experience with elite athletes, and experience in leadership and sports science. Additional certifications in doping, age verification, physical training, and musculoskeletal ultrasound are preferred.
- Responsibilities: Includes developing action plans for player health, creating awareness about nutrition, guiding medical staff, and overseeing rehabilitation programs.
