Services of a dynamic and high caliber professional candidate from all over Pakistan is required for the post of "Chief Executive Officer" who is willing to work as an employee of the Company as per the terms and conditions given here under: -
1. Qualification:
Candidate must possess Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering / Professional Member of Accountants/Master Degree in Public & Business Administration / Finance.
2. Experience:
The Candidate must possess at least 20 years of verifiable experience including 3 years at Senior Management position.
3. Age limit between 45-62 years.
4. Pay Package:
Equivalent to MP-I Scale (Salary and allowances equivalent to MP-I Scale. Hiring shall not be under MP Scale Policy, MP-I mentioned above is for indicative purpose only).
5. Nature of Employment:
The employment shall be purely on contract basis for an initial period of three (3) years, with annual performance evaluation to be conducted by the respective Board of Director's.
6. Applicants will submit printed copy of the application submitted through courier service along with the following documents:
a. Detailed CV, 4 Passport size photographs, Copy of CNIC.
b. A "Declaration" on stamp paper (Rs.100/- or above), duly signed by the applicant on the format placed at the website of PESCO that the applicant is not ineligible to act as a Chief Executive Officer, as per Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed in the Schedule II of the Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015 and Schedule IV of the State Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023 and Section 189 & 191 of the Companies Act, 2017. c. Copies of Degrees/Testimonials duly verified by the Higher Education Commission or the professional body or association whichever is relevant.
d. Attested copy of registration with professional Governing Body or PEC.
e. All pages of the application should be numbered and signed by the applicant.
