Terms and Conditions: Age limits will be in accordance with the Government of Balochistan's existing policy.
Retired governmentemployees are also eligible to apply, and their cases will be referred to the government for further consideration under the applicable policy.
There is a possibility of a Trauma Risk Allowance for selectedcandidates, subject to government approval or provision, Interestedand eligible candidates from all regions of the province are encouraged to apply. Eligible candidates must submit two sets of attested copies of all relevant documents, including educational certificates, professional experience, local/domicile certificate, CNIC, four passport-size photographs, and an updated CV. Government, semi-government, and autonomous organization employees should apply through the proper channel, submitting a NOC issued by their employer/parent department.
The number ofavailable positions may be increased or decreased. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
The appointment will be on acontractual/adhoc basis for a period of 2 years, with the first year serving as a probationary period.
The contractual/adhoc tenure may be extended based on the submission of an excellent performance certificate from the MD Trauma Center. Selection will be based solely on the recommendations of the Selection Committee.
Any form of canvassing will result in disqualification. Candidates who have been terminated or dismissed from any government or non-government position due to disciplinary actions, moral misconduct, or any offenses are ineligible to apply. Concealing facts or submitting counterfeit documents will result in immediate dismissal from the position, followed by legal and disciplinary action.
Selections will be made at the sole discretion of the Divisional Health Committee, Quetta (Selection Committee), which also reserves the right to cancel the interview process at any time without giving any reason.
