Position: Head of Safety
Location: Reko Diq, Balochistan
Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in Safety Leadership roles in the mining industry, including experience in developing and implementing comprehensive Safety Management Systems, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CRSP).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a strong safety culture.
- Extensive knowledge of international safety standards, regulations, and best practices in the mining sector.
- Proven track record of improving safety performance and reducing incidents.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Position: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
Location: Reko Diq, Balochistan
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling in a heavy industrial setting, preferably mining.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to develop and optimize maintenance schedules, manage work orders, and allocate resources effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Position: Crane Operator (TSS)
Location: Reko Diq, Balochistan
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience operating various types of cranes in a heavy industrial environment, preferably mining.
Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license/certification.
- Proven ability to operate cranes safely and efficiently, including load calculations, rigging, and signaling.
- Knowledge of crane maintenance and inspection procedures.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Position: Graduate Hydrogeologist
Location: Reko Diq, Balochistan
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in hydrogeology, preferably in the mining or related industries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of groundwater flow, hydrogeological modeling, and water management principles.
- Familiarity with hydrogeological software and tools.
- Ability to conduct field investigations, collect and analyze hydrogeological data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Position: Occupational Health and Hygiene Supervisor
Location: Reko Diq, Balochistan
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Occupational Health & Hygiene roles, preferably in the mining industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIH, COH).
- Extensive knowledge of occupational health hazards, risk assessment, and control measures in a mining environment.
- Familiarity with international occupational health standards and regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement health and hygiene programs, conduct inspections, and provide training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Position: Fact Depot Supervisor
Location: Reko Diq, Balochistan
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a mining or heavy industrial setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, and dispatch.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Position: Fact Depot Operator
Location: Reko Diq, Balochistan
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a mining or heavy industrial setting.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
- Ability to accurately receive, store, and dispatch materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
