Position
- Assistant Director - Prosecution and Civil Litigation Department (1 position)
Qualifications:
- LLB or LLM from a recognized university, enrolled as an advocate of the High Court for at least one year.
- Preference for candidates with experience in corporate penalty recovery within a regulatory framework and those who have completed the Bar at Law course.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate litigation and prosecution.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age of 35 years on the application deadline.
- 5-year age relaxation for candidates with 3 years of experience working with a regulator.
Other Information:
- Female candidates are preferred.
