The Manager Operations will be responsible for supervising, managing, and evaluating the daily activities and operating systems, as well as dealing with all general administration, procurement, IT operations in schools and offices, etc.
S/he will ensure that Regional Office operational policies, including IT, administration, logistics, procurement, etc. are implemented effectively in schools and offices; that regional operations are in line with those at the Central Office; liaise regularly with Head of Operations and other stakeholders; travel as needed to all units to ensure smooth and harmonized operations, providing management support as necessary, assist in the review of the Regional Office operational budget and strategic plans; ensure that procurement management is done in a planned and timely manner, and that fleet management is well organized and coordinated with all sectors; and assist in long-term planning for operational excellence in coordination with functional unit heads.
The ideal candidate must hold a Master's degree and have relevant work experience of at least 5 to 7 years in similar roles, with effective written and verbal communication skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview.
