The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF) is seeking applications from Pakistani nationals for various positions in a development project titled "Quality Seed Production and Supply to the Farming Community for Ensuring Food Security in Pakistan" (Revised). This is a contract-based opportunity with consolidated pay.
Available Positions:
- Accounts Officer (PPS-06): 1 position, requires an M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 3 years of experience in accounting and finance. Salary: Rs. 157,500 per month.
- Senior Clerk/Store Keeper (PPS-06): 1 position, requires a Bachelor's degree with computer knowledge and 3 years of relevant experience. Salary: Rs. 105,000 per month.
- Lab Assistant (PPS-02): 2 positions, requires a Secondary School Certificate with Science, Agriculture, or Technical group. Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month.
- Tractor Drivers (PPS-02): 5 positions, requires a Middle pass with a valid Tractor Operator License and 5 years of experience. Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month.
- Field Man/Beldar (PPS-02): 4 positions, requires literacy. Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month.
- Sweeper/Cleaner (PPS-02): 1 position, requires a Middle pass. Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month.
General Conditions:
- A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 500 is required for PPS-06 positions. There is no fee for PPS-01 to 4 positions. The fee must be deposited in MCB Bank, UAF Branch (Account No. 0720930181002449).
- Government employees should apply through the proper channels.
- Experience is counted after acquiring the basic qualifications.
- Only degrees from HEC-recognized institutions will be considered.
- Positions are project-based with no claim for regularization.
- The Scrutiny Committee's decision is final. Shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
- The university is not responsible for delays in the receipt of call letters.
- The university reserves the right to not fill any position or change the number of vacancies.
- Appointments are initially for one year, extendable up to the project completion.
- Retired persons' applications will not be entertained.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
