Terms and Conditions:
- The candidate must be proficient in using Android Mobile phones and must have their own Android Mobile.
- No relative of the candidate should be employed in the District Health Authority.
- Candidates must upload their activities on the PITB Dengue Surveillance Application and PITB Dashboard regularly.
- The services of the selected candidates will be hired on a monthly basis.
- Monthly payment will be linked to performance.
- Where biometric attendance is available, performance will also be assessed based on biometric attendance.
- No payment will be made in cash.
- The candidate must have a valid NADRA National Identity Card.
- The candidate will work in the union council in which they are recruited and will not be transferred to another union council.
- The selected candidate will work in the health department for the entire month and will not be able to take any other job.
- The authority has the right to amend the number of advertised posts without prior notice. It can also reject any or all applications.
- Candidates must submit their applications along with all required documents to the office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority, Faisalabad, during office hours, either by hand or by post.
- Original documents must be brought at the time of interview. No separate call letter will be issued for the interview.
- Applications received after the due date will be rejected.
- The decision of the selection committee will be final and cannot be challenged in any court.
- The employment can be terminated immediately due to absence or poor performance.
