Conditions:
- Candidates must be proficient in using an Android Mobile and must have their own Android Mobile.
- No relative of the candidate should be employed in the District Health Authority.
- Candidates will be registered on the PITB Dashboard and their activities will be regularly uploaded on the PITB Dengue Surveillance Application.
- Services of selected candidates will be acquired on a monthly basis.
- Monthly payment will be linked to performance.
- Where Biometric facility is available, performance will also be checked based on Biometric attendance.
- No payment will be made in cash.
- Candidates must have their NADRA National Identity Card.
- Candidates will work in the Union Council where they are recruited and cannot be transferred to another Union Council within the same team.
- Selected candidates will work for the entire month in the Health Department and cannot hold any other job.
- The department reserves the right to amend the number of advertised posts/vacancies without prior notice. Also, any or all applications for posts can be rejected without assigning any reason.
- Candidates should submit their applications along with educational certificates, domicile certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), and identity card to the office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority, Faisalabad during office hours by mail or by hand.
- Bring original documents at the time of interview. No separate interview letter will be issued, and no daily allowance will be provided.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will be rejected.
- The decision of the selection committee will be final and cannot be challenged in any court.
- Employment can be immediately terminated due to absence or poor performance.
